Babson College implemented WIN Lab in 2013 to assist women lead business ventures, by providing a creative network within the program and having direct mentorship opportunities to ensure longstanding success. Some of the mentors brought in to participate include Lizanne Kindler, CEO of Talbots, and Annbeth Eschbach, CEO of Exhale.

“This is an incredible opportunity for the Diversity Dashboard. By capitalizing on this unique program, we will have assistance in raising funds, creating collaboration possibilities, and assistance with marketing strategies” said Diversity Dashboard founder and CEO, Kari Heistad. “I am thrilled to be participating in this program.”
